Answers

1.) Once I have placed an order, how long will it take to receive my records?

Turnaround time for record retrieval is largely dependant on provider cooperation.  The majority of records requested by Record Express are received within a timely manner. Our advantage is our good relationship with our providers along with our constant follow-up phone calls to ensure the fastest possible retrieval time for our customers.


2.) Once an order is placed with Record Express, how do I know what the status of my order is?

Record Express automatically sends out weekly status reports to all customers with a pending order.  You can also track the order yourself online 24 hours a day.  Either way, Record Express makes it a priority to keep our customers well informed of the status of an order.


3.) How much do you charge for “expedited” orders?

At Record Express we consider all orders as “expedited” so there is never an additional service fee for rushed orders.  We also process all orders the same day they are received to aid in the overall turnaround time.


4.) How are my records sent to me?

Once records are received, they are checked for accuracy, and then bound, indexed, tabbed and sent to our customers in a professional, easy to read and follow format.


5.) Where do I get the necessary authorization forms to place an order?

Record Express provides all the necessary authorization forms for you along with a convenient checklist so our customers don’t forget anything.


6.) How does your billing work?

Record Express offers flexible billing solutions for our customers.  Invoices are set up according to customer specifications.


7.) What do you charge for shipping?

Record Express only charges actual postage with no additional mark-ups.


8.) Who do I contact if I have any problems or questions?
